2020
- Kim Brown, candidate for Judge in Dallas County – In a 3-way race, expected to go to a runoff, Rideshare2Vote made thousands of calls and turned-out voters to the polls – Kim won the primary outright and avoided a runoff entirely!
- 2020 Post Primary Run-Off: HD-67 in North Texas was a “flippable” State House District in Texas. After the March primary, there was a runoff between the two Democrats. Lorenzo Sanchez’s team partnered with Rideshare2Vote, a progressive and a significant underdog. He was going against a very well-funded establishment moderate Democrat who was by far the favorite. Rideshare2Vote made over 4,000 calls and drove 50 voters to the polls, and he won!
- HBCU Prairie View A & M University in Prairie View, TX – Texas moved the polling location off-campus in a county with a long history of voter suppression. Rideshare2Vote received a last-minute call from a local candidate and helped drive the students to their off-campus polling sites to vote.
- A third of the voters Rideshare2Vote gave rides to were people otherwise unlikely to vote in Presidential elections.
2018-2019
- Beto O’Rourke’s historic campaign engaged Rideshare2Vote at the eleventh hour resulting in 5,300 calls and driving more than 600 voters to the polls who would not have otherwise been able to vote
- Six Texas Counties (2018) – In addition to the Beto O’Rourke campaign, Rideshare2Vote also ran programs in six counties for the 2018 midterms, managing over 600 volunteers and generating 6,000 calls for the Democratic ticket.
- Albert Black Ran for City Council in Dallas, Texas (2019) – Rideshare2Vote contacted all voters in Dallas who had requested vote by mail ballots but had not returned them. This resulted in 128 of the voters contacted voting during early voting and on Election Day.
